The Conewago Township Board of Supervisors held a special meeting, Thursday, January 24, 2002 for the purpose of discussing the proposed sewage project in the Laurel Woods area. Those present were:

The meeting was called to order by Chairman, John Graybill at 7:35 P.M.
The entire meeting was discussing the proposed sewage project in the Laurel Woods Area. Items discussed were, funding of the project, owning the project, operating the project, whether or not the 2 new homes located along Chestnut Road (near Ridge Road) should be included in the project.
Also discussed were grinder pumps, a possible development of 84 homes in the Northwestern part of the Township, talking about the cost of tapping into the system etc, whether or not Conewago Township was going to participate in the Bond Issues and what contribution would be made by Conewago Township.
A motion by Rochat second by Graybill that we would totally finance the Sewage System through DTMA. An agreement will be drawn up between the Conewago Township and DTMA. Motion carried.
A motion by Rochat second by Graybill to adjourn at 9:45 P.M. Motion carried.
