The Conewago Township Board of Supervisors held a special scheduled meeting, as advertised, on Wednesday, November 6, 2002 for the purpose of preparing the 2003 budget and any other business presented to the Board.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Graybill at 7:30 PM.

MOTION - JAMES MCCORKLE, et al, PARCEL 22-1-412, LOCATED AT 210 MCCORKLE ROAD, HERSHEY, PA - J. H. McCorkle has three plots of land known as Parcel No. 22-1-41, that he listed with Coldwell Banker for sale. One plot of 5.2 acres was already sold to Ronald Knotts, 232 N. Railroad Street, Palmyra PA. This leaves two plots, one with 12 acres, the other with 11 acres. This parcel is listed on tax map as one parcel, therefore, no subdivision was done for this property. Motion by Graybill. Second by Rochat to have Township Solicitor send letter to J.H. McCorkle, ETAL. 2350 Felty Road, Palmyra, PA. and also to Ronald Knotts, 232 N. Railroad Street, Palmya, PA, regarding improper sale of this property. Motion Carried.

2003 BUDGET - The first draft of the 2003 proposed budget was prepared.

MOTION by Grayhill, second by Rochat to give tentative approval to the 2003 proposed budget as prepared. Motion carried. The proposed budget is open for inspection during regular business hours until December 11, 2002 at which time it will he adopted at the regular monthly meeting and will be advertised accordingly.

MOTION by Rochat second by Graybill to adjourn the meeting at 11:00 PM. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
