The Conewago Township Planning Commission held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, September 29, 2003. Those present were:

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Grubb at 7:30 PM.
The agenda was reviewed with no changes.
MINUTES - August 25, 2003 - A motion by Rozanski second by Coble to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried.
BATZ/FOERSTER - Corrective Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan
Schoolhouse & Bachmanville Roads - Revised February 2003 and September 8, 2003
WAIVERS: A motion by Coble second by Czuday to recommend to waive the following waivers
SUBDIVISION PLAN: A motion by Bachmann second by Rozanski to recommend approval of the plan subject to the letter of the township engineer dated September 29, 2003 to include the cross sections detail of the trench and the revised calculations for the storm water management. Motion carried.
ENGLISH ESTATES - Sketch Plan - Deodate Road (known as Harvey Gipe Farm)
Mr. Frank English is proposing to develop this property. At the present time Mr. English is proposing to develop 30 lots. All th lots are at least 1 acre or larger. This is a sketch plan only and no action was taken.
We watched a video from Dauphin County Planning Commission on "How to be an Effective Planning Commission Member"
A motion by Bachmann second by Hoerner to adjourn at 8:45 P.M. Motion carried.
